Time Of Saturday's Game Changed To 7 PM

The Red Sox have changed the starting time of Saturday's game against the Brewers from 1 PM to 7 PM, so fans can attend or watch the Bruins' parade, which begins at 11 AM.

Oh, excellent, that's really handy. Normally I'd be complaining about taking away a day game, being 5 hours ahead in England, but a midnight start Saturday is great for us because we're going to an engagement party that evening. Cool.

I wanted to go to the parade but I have to work. This is the first opportunity I (thought) I had to attend a championship parade. And the Bruins! And the Stanley Cup! Damn.

Oh well. I got to go to Game 6 of the Final in Boston which was the experience of a lifetime, and then got to see them win the Cup.

And now I can turn my full attention back to the Red Sox. What an interesting season they've had so far! I can't wait to see the rest of it.

Ah ha, this is where Ish said he couldn't go to the parade.

Amazing that you went to Game 6!! Way better than the parade. (Both would be best, but of the two, you got the better deal.)
